Executive Women’s Golf Association is head-quartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. EWGA members typically
belong to a local Chapter in addition to the Association. With more than 115 Chapters in the U.S. and two
in Canada, and over 18,000 members, EWGA offers a large pool of resources and experience to help women use
the game of golf to further their enjoyment of life, self-esteem, and business and professional goals.
The Birmingham Chapter was established in 1994 and has a membership of nearly 110 women. The Birmingham
Chapter is part of the Heart of the South Section which includes chapters in Atlanta, Augusta, Greater Baton
Rouge, Huntsville, Greater Knoxville, Memphis, Middle Tennessee (Nashville), and Tri-Cities of Northeast
Tennessee.
We offer activities for golfers of every ability. These include new golfer clinics, intermediate clinics,
day and night leagues at several courses in the area, new golfer outings, weekend 18-hole outings every month,
rules and etiquette workshops, and networking events.
